Pupuan Robusta coffee grown in the Pupuan highlands with an altitude of 600-700 m above sea level. Grade 1 Pupuan Bali coffee beans with a physical defect value of less than 11 and 12-13% maximum bean moisture content - Grayish green coffee beans.

Pupuan Robusta coffee gives a different taste from coffee in any region, this is because Pupuan Robusta intercropping with cocoa plant, and thus creating chocolate aroma and taste.
